Server Rules

Ten rules, no fine print. They exist to protect the time of everyone who plays here honestly.

Last updated: August 9, 2026

  1. No automation. Bots, packet-level clients, pixel bots, and macros that play the game for you are a permanent ban on the first offence. There is no appeal fee, because there is nothing to pay for.
  2. No exploit abuse. Found a bug? Report it on the Discord — the bug bounty credits you in the patch notes. Abusing one (dupes, unintended teleports, stat glitches) earns a rollback and a ban scaled to the damage done.
  3. No real-money trading. Buying or selling accounts, characters, items or gold for real money — or advertising it — is a permanent ban for every account involved, buyer and seller alike.
  4. Multiboxing: allowed for gathering and travel; forbidden in battlegrounds, the Arena of Death and Dominion. Using a second account to scout for the other faction is treated as match manipulation.
  5. Be civil, in any language. Harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing and spam are punished in every channel and every language. Global chat is not English-only; decency is not optional in any tongue.
  6. Names. No slurs, no impersonating staff or real people, no names designed to deceive ("GM-Helper"). We rename first offences and ban repeat ones.
  7. No scamming players. Trades and agreements made through game mechanics are expected to be honoured. Deliberately deceiving another player out of their items is punishable.
  8. Staff conduct cuts both ways. Game masters play on normal characters they levelled themselves, hold nothing they did not earn, and never ask for your password. If someone claiming to be staff behaves otherwise, report it on the Discord immediately.
  9. Punishments scale. The usual ladder is warning → mute → temporary ban → permanent ban. Severe cases — automation, RMT, dupes, doxxing — skip the ladder.
  10. Appeals. Every punishment can be appealed once, via a ticket on the Discord. A different staff member than the one who issued the punishment reviews it.

These rules exist alongside the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. Staff judgement decides edge cases; the monthly administrative log keeps that judgement accountable.
