Terms of Service
The short version: the server is free, run by volunteers, and you use it at your own risk. The long version follows — written to be read, not to hide things.

1. Who we are
Allods War ("the project", "we") is an unofficial, non-commercial fan project operated by volunteers. It runs a private server for Allods Online patch 5.0 and this website. The project is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the rights holders of Allods Online; all game names, assets and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Access is free of charge and nothing is sold.
2. Accepting these terms
Creating an account, logging into the game or using this website means you accept these Terms, the Server Rules and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
3. Your account
- Register with an email address you control and keep your password secret.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account. Sharing it is at your own risk.
- Staff will never ask for your password — anyone who does is not staff.
- We may refuse, suspend or close accounts that break the Server Rules.
4. The service
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, data preservation or that the service will continue indefinitely. Maintenance, patches and downtime happen. Our public commitments — no character wipes, and at least ninety days’ notice if the project ever has to close — are principles we hold ourselves to, not contractual guarantees.
5. Virtual items and characters
- Characters, items, currency and everything else in the game are part of the service, have no monetary value, and remain part of the service. You do not own them.
- Buying or selling accounts, characters, items or in-game currency for real money is prohibited and is grounds for a permanent ban.
6. Donations
Donations are voluntary, non-refundable, cover infrastructure costs only, and grant nothing in the game — no items, no stats, no priority, no immunity from the rules. Donating does not create any obligation from the project towards you beyond what these Terms already state.
7. Conduct
In-game and community conduct is governed by the Server Rules. Breaking them can result in warnings, mutes, rollbacks, temporary bans or permanent bans, at the staff’s judgement, with appeals via the Discord.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the project and its volunteers are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service — including loss of data, characters or items.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced on the Discord and the "last updated" date above changes. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Contact
Questions about these Terms: open a ticket on the Discord.
